The American Legion Children's Home of Ponca City, Oklahoma needs your help! There is a supposed Federal Medicaid Rule which states that we can only have 16 children, which will probably close this Home forever if we are forced to comply. Please tell them this Home has served children of veterans for 82 years and this rule needs to be changed or an exemption must be granted. Please tell them that OUR CHILDREN DESERVE IT AND OUR VETERANS HAVE EARNED IT!
